Payment for a pre-order indicates your intention to purchase the product upon release and your agreement to wait until the official shipping date.

2. Payment and Production Support

Payment for pre-orders is charged at the time of purchase and is used to fund the production of the product.
By placing a pre-order, you are effectively investing in the creation of this item, helping us bring it to life and deliver it to you on schedule.

3. Release and Shipping Schedule

Each product marked as “pre-order” includes an estimated release and shipping date.
For the NIGHTCORE JACKET, release and shipping are scheduled for late January 2026.
These dates are estimates and may vary slightly depending on production timelines. In case of any changes, customers will be notified via email.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All pre-orders are final and non-refundable.
Refunds before the product release and shipment are not available, as the payment directly contributes to the manufacturing process.

After the release and delivery, returns are only possible under our standard Return Policy, if the product is defective or not as described.

5. Production Changes or Delays

We make every effort to meet the estimated timeline. However, unforeseen circumstances (logistics, supply chain issues, materials, etc.) may cause delays.
In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and the company reserves the right to adjust the release or shipping date.
