Return & Refund Policy
1. When and who can return the goods
The right to a refund is granted if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The refund applies to distance contracts (orders placed through our website, by phone, or by e-mail).
The right also applies if the order was placed online and collected in person at our physical pickup point.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14-day period starts on the day the buyer, or a third party indicated by the buyer (other than the carrier), came into possession of the goods.
After 14 days, the statutory right of withdrawal expires.
Returns after this period may only be processed as exchanges, if the returned item is in unused and undamaged condition.
2. Cost of returning the goods
In accordance with consumer law:

The buyer covers the cost of returning the goods, unless:

the product is defective,

or the product received is incorrect / not as ordered.

In such exceptional cases, return shipping costs are covered by the seller.
3. Return procedure
To ensure fast and error-free processing of your return, please follow the steps below:

Inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract (refund request).

Prepare the product — it must be complete and in an unchanged condition.

Attach proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or payment confirmation) to help us identify the order.

Include the withdrawal form, or at least your contact details and order number.

Pack the parcel securely and mark it clearly with the word “RETURN” for easier identification.

4. Defective products or incorrect items
If the item you received:

is defective,
-
damaged,
-
or different from what you ordered,
you may file a claim (complaint).
In such cases, the seller covers the return shipping costs and will provide a replacement or a refund.
5. Refund timeline
Refunds are issued within 14 days from the moment we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used during purchase, unless the buyer explicitly requests another method (e.g., a bank transfer).
If a return parcel is lost by the carrier, the sender (buyer) is protected and may file a claim with the carrier.
We will assist by providing any required documentation.
